Implementing Marketing Cloud

Poseidon Expeditions is a large international company with complex B2C marketing. A high level of individualization requires taking into account the language and mental specifics of customers, diversifying the offer, taking into account a large number of metrics. In this regard, the company acquired the functionality of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which provides enough solutions for such tasks.

Our partners used the Salesforce Classic app. Processes were automated using hardcode, making almost any change a problem. During 2020, we audited the system, fixed bugs, and replaced redundant code with flexible solutions using the Flow process builder. We have rebuilt a number of processes, incl. key - sales and project activities. We started moving the application to a more modern and advanced version - Salesforce Lightning Force.

The “Quiet Harbor” team completed the difficult task of implementing a turnkey solution: the main customer journeys were set up, integration with web landings and the mailing service was provided. As part of the Salesforce CRM solution, it acts as a lead source and data aggregator, and Marketing Cloud performs identification and further actions with leads. The implementation of the solution made it possible to identify and expand the customer base, adjust the approach to working with social networks, change the strategy for identifying and determining the value of the lead.
