Our partners used the Salesforce Classic app. Processes were automated using hardcode, making almost any change a problem. During 2020, we audited the system, fixed bugs, and replaced redundant code with flexible solutions using the Flow process builder. We have rebuilt a number of processes, incl. key - sales and project activities. We started moving the application to a more modern and advanced version - Salesforce Lightning Force.
Our cooperation allowed the company to reduce the project approval and sales cycle by 1.5 times; increase sales and expand the dealer network, make pricing transparent and understandable for the company and distributors. Our cooperation continues: training users of the new version of the application, optimizing processes and user interface, expanding functionality around Salesforce (using Salesforce Heroku tools, etc.).
