Our cooperation with Delivery Club is an example of a difficult and successful growth together with a partner's business. We started with a complete overhaul of Salesforce for B2B in September 2020, and by the end of the year the solution was in place.
However, business processes in such a company can change quickly, and very significantly. It was a challenge: in fact, we built the architecture of the solution twice in six months and carried out a difficult data migration in connection with this. This allowed the company to reduce the time for connecting new restaurants by 3 times, expand the product line and prepare for global and mass client connections.
